We recently started building a new casa in Pescadaro Baja Sur MX. It is a small town about 45 miles north of Cabo San Lucas on the Pacific side. 8miles south of todos Santos (home to HOTEL CALIFORNIA). I spent a month visiting my family and finalizing the plans. It is being built pretty much by hand. The crew hand dug and pored the foundation wheel barrow by wheel barrow.  Suzanne Denninghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12002088341148522356noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3727557800678573224.post-37402955887349667242013-09-03T14:03:00.001-07:002016-10-06T14:59:16.496-07:00La construcción casa en MéxicoCasita in Pescadero Mexico

I have seen some really ugly bold color schemes in rooms. Colors need to be simple combinations and not fight with each other. You don't want a room that screams at you. Orchestrating a late-life move or preparing a home to meet the demands imposed by aging-in-place is an emotional and complex time for every family. Qualified Senior Move Managers can help ease seniors and their families through these difficult transitions.

Had a great time at the art fair at the Old Mill District in Bend OR this weekend. Lots of great artists and a really nice variety of art. It was pretty hot on Friday but we were able to take a break at patio restaurant and go back after we cooled off. Nice venue. Will do it again next year.

Simple side panel drapes are great for large view windows. Large rooms and large windows usually need some dressing up without detracting from a beautiful view. Sheer linens and cottons are suitable fabrics for this kind of treatment. I have also used a variety of linen look-alikes in polyester that avoid the fading and wrinkling associated with linen.&Suzanne Denninghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12002088341148522356noreply@blogger.com12329 Crestmont Cir S, Salem, OR 97302, USA44.900684 -123.0784730000000344.8930845 -123.09306400000003 44.908283499999996 -123.06388200000004tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3727557800678573224.post-42960484934593179772011-05-31T22:22:00.000-07:002011-05-31T22:22:40.770-07:00Water color & gaucheHere are a few of my water color projects.
